Get in Touch
Thank you for visiting BirdApex. Whether you have a question about a feeder guide, want to suggest a topic or noticed something that needs fixing, we would like to hear from you. The quickest way to reach us is the contact form below. Please include the page address or the title of the article you are asking about, and tell us a little about your setup, such as the type of feeder, the seed you use and the birds you see in your yard. A few details help us give a clearer and more useful reply.
Feedback & Corrections
We work hard to keep our guides accurate, but products change, details shift and mistakes can slip through. If you spot an error in a specification, a broken link, an outdated recommendation or a bird health point that could be explained better, please tell us through the contact form. We read every message that comes in, and when a correction is needed we update the page as soon as we can. Feedback from readers who have used the same feeders, poles and nest boxes we cover is especially valuable, because real experience helps other birders avoid the same problems.
Partnerships & Suggestions
We are open to ideas that help our readers. If you have a topic you would like us to cover, a question that keeps coming up in your own birding, or a product category you think we have missed, send it through the contact form. Makers and brands who would like us to be aware of a new feeder, bath, nest box or accessory may also get in touch. Please note that we choose what to feature based on usefulness to our readers, and we do not guarantee coverage, reviews or particular opinions in return for contact. Our recommendations stay independent.
Response Time
We are a small team and we reply to messages as quickly as we reasonably can. Most messages receive an answer within a few business days, although busy periods may take a little longer. If your question is about a purchase you already made, we suggest also contacting the seller or manufacturer, since we cannot see orders, process returns or provide warranty support. We cannot diagnose sick or injured wild birds, so please contact a local wildlife rehabilitator or veterinarian for that. Thank you for your patience, and thank you for being part of the BirdApex community.
Good placement matters as much as good seed when you welcome wild birds.
